How long does the questionnaire take?

About two minutes. Six questions, one per screen, and you can go back and change any answer before you send it. A refresh does not lose your place.

Do I need a credit card?

No. This page never asks for payment details and the diagnostic costs nothing. Our priced services are listed in full on the pricing page, and you can read them before or after.

Do I have to create an account?

No. There is no signup, no password and no portal. Making someone open an account to receive something free is a way of charging for it in data instead of money, and it is not how this works — you give us a website, a location and an email address, and that is the whole exchange.

When does the diagnostic arrive, and is there a call?

Within two working days, by email, to the address you give on the last question. There is no call to book and nothing is held back until you take one.

Do I keep the report if I never hire you?

Yes. The score and the ranked fix list are yours, and the list is written so that you, your developer or another agency can work straight from it.
