Terms

Marketingz provides marketing services to businesses: website design and build, hosting and upkeep, search and answer-engine visibility, social media management, paid advertising management, voice assistant setup, diagnostics, and introductions — as described on this site or in a written proposal.

Billing

Monthly services are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. There is no contract term and no setup fee. Cancel with notice and the service stops at the end of the period you have paid for. One-time work is billed once. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Advertising spend is billed separately and goes directly to the advertising platform. It never passes through us, and our fee does not change with it.

What we guarantee

Two things, both narrow on purpose. On a monthly service, your machine-readability score rises by at least 25 points within 60 days of the baseline we record on day one, or the following month is free — provided we can publish changes, or you apply the ranked list within 14 days, and the site stays reachable throughout.

On introductions, any introduction that clearly does not fit the agreed brief is replaced within ten business days at no cost. We do not guarantee that a meeting happens, that anyone attends it, or that anyone buys. Those are outside our control, and a guarantee that reaches past where the work ends is not worth the paper it is on.

What we will not do

We do not write fake or incentivised reviews, we do not report numbers nobody measured, and we will not state a search ranking, a traffic figure or a keyword volume — because nothing in what we run measures those, and quoting one would be an invention.

Your things

Domains we register are registered in your name. Accounts we set up on your behalf belong to you. If you leave, you leave with them.
