DIAGNOSTIC

Site diagnostic — free, $490 or $1,900

What do you actually get in the free diagnostic?

A score out of 100 for how machines read your site — search engines, and the AI assistants people increasingly ask instead. It is computed, not an opinion, and it breaks into three parts: whether your content can be extracted at all, whether anyone can tell who said it, and whether it answers the questions buyers actually type.

Underneath the score is a ranked list of what is costing you, worst first. Not a list of everything wrong — the order is the useful part, because most sites have thirty issues and four that matter.

How long does the free diagnostic take and what does it cost?

Two business days, and nothing. No call, no card, no meeting to unlock the results. You send a link, we send the report back.

What is the catch with a free site audit?

There is a real answer to this. The audit is automated, so running one more costs us close to nothing. We are not being generous, we are being cheap in a way that happens to suit you.

It is also the only honest way to show what we do before you pay for it. Take the report to another agency if you like. Several of the fixes you can do yourself in an afternoon, and we will tell you which ones those are rather than letting you assume you need us.

What is the difference between the free, competitive and market diagnostic?

The free version is everything a machine can work out on its own, which is genuinely most of it. Past that point it costs us real money and real hours, so past that point we charge.

Site Diagnostic

Free

2 business days

Your site, scored, with the ranked fix list. Automated end to end, which is why we can give it away without it being a bribe.

Competitive Diagnostic

$490

5 business days

Up to five competitors scored the same way, plus everything each of them changed in the last 90 days — dated, with the evidence.

Market Diagnostic

$1,900

2–3 weeks

Everything above, plus who in your category is showing buying signals right now, what the segment is actually worth, and how long money takes to move in it. Read by a person and delivered on a call.

Why can nobody else sell me 90 days of competitor change history?

Because that history only exists if somebody was already watching. It cannot be backfilled after you ask for it, and no amount of money speeds it up.

We record daily snapshots of the sites we watch, so the competitive diagnostic can tell you a competitor changed their pricing page on a particular Tuesday and show you what it said before. An agency starting that clock the day you hire them has nothing to show you for three months.

Do the paid diagnostics come off the bill if I hire you?

Yes, in full, if you start a plan within thirty days. The diagnostic is priced to cover the hours it takes rather than to be a profit centre, so there is no sense in charging for it twice.

What happens if the Baseline Month is not worth it?

You get your score out of 100, a ranked list of at least ten fixes with what each one costs you, and the top three of them done, within 30 days. If it was not worth it, tell us within 14 days and we refund the $290 in full. No reason required, and you keep the report either way.
