FOUNDER — MONTREAL
Before you hire us, read what the person building it actually promises.
FOUNDER
What comes
after the handshake.
I will say the true thing: asking for money is the part I am least comfortable with. Not because I doubt what we build. Everything that connects to my name has to succeed, so the payment was never the part that worried me. The handshake is easy. What comes after it, if you are the right fit, is a lot of hard, grueling work on my end — work that has to meet your investment and meet the industry standard.
THE TERMS
Four things,
in order.
i
Meeting your investment and meeting the industry standard. That is the floor. It is not where I stop — it is where the work is allowed to start being judged.
ii
Exceeded. Placed at the top, or near the very top, of your business's hierarchy in your market. That is the actual target, every time, not a nice-to-have if the budget allows it.
iii
Before you decide anything, think hard. Describe what you want to us in vivid detail — goals, style, voice, all of it. A vague brief gets a competent result. A specific one gets the result you actually pictured.
iv
We work toward it the most ruthlessly efficient way possible. No wasted motion, no padding the timeline to look busy. Just the work, until it is done right.
CONTACT
Describe it in
vivid detail.
Goals, style, voice — the more specific, the sharper the work. Tell us what is not working and what you actually want instead.
