WHAT IT IS
What is lead generation here?
Lead generation is outbound email to businesses that fit a brief you sign: we find them, record why each one is on the list, write every message, and send through warmed domains once you approve. Replies come to you. It is quoted to the campaign, and billing starts at the first send you approve.
You show up to the conversation. Everything before it is ours: the research, the writing, the sending setup and the checks that keep your name out of spam folders.
WHO IT IS FOR
Who is it for?
Businesses that sell to other businesses: agencies, B2B software, consultants, brokers, suppliers.
Owners who know exactly who their buyer is but have no time to find them one by one and write to each.
If you sell to the public, this is the wrong tool. Search, social or ads will serve you better, and we will say which.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
What's included in a campaign?
Every campaign, whatever its size:
- A brief agreed in writing: the offer and who you want reached.
- A list of businesses that fit it, each with the reason it is there.
- Every message written for you and approved by you before it goes.
- Sending through warmed domains that pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC on a public lookup.
- Replies brought to you.
- Any contact that does not fit replaced within 10 business days.
WHAT IT IS NOT
What it is not
What we will not do with your name:
- A bought list blasted in bulk. Every contact fits a brief you signed.
- Messages sent in your name without your approval. Not one.
- A promise of closed deals. You take the call; the close is yours.
- A monthly price on a page. Campaigns differ, so we quote each one.

COMPARE
How does it compare with buying a list?
Three ways to reach businesses that do not know you yet.
| Item | Our campaign | Buying a list | Doing outreach yourself |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who is on the list | Businesses that fit your signed brief | Whatever the seller has | Whoever you find |
| Why each contact is there | Written down for you | Rarely stated | In your head |
| Messages approved before sending | Every one | Not applicable | Yours |
| Sending domains checked | SPF, DKIM, DMARC every 30 days | Not applicable | If you know how |
| A contact that does not fit | Replaced within 10 business days | Your loss | Your time |
HOW IT RUNS
How does a campaign run?
Billing starts at the first send you approve, never before.
- DAY 1

- FIRST APPROVED SEND
Sending begins, billing begins
Through warmed domains that pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- EVERY 30 DAYS

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

- A list of businesses that fit it, with reasons.
- Every message, approved by you.
- Replies from interested businesses.
GUARANTEES
What do you guarantee on lead generation?
Every service we sell carries the same two guarantees. Here is how they read for this one.
See it first
Within 10 business days of signing the brief, you see the list, the reason each business is on it, and every message. If you approve none, you owe nothing.
Your number, or you don't pay
Every contact fits your brief, no message goes out without your approval, and every sending domain passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Break one, and you stop paying until it is fixed.
The full wording, with what each guarantee needs from you, is in our terms.
QUESTIONS
Questions people ask before they start
How much does lead generation cost?
Lead generation is quoted to the campaign, because the size of the list and the number of messages change from one brief to the next. There is no monthly price on this page for that reason. Billing starts only at the first send you approve, so a campaign you never approve costs nothing.
Will you send anything without my approval?
No. Not one message goes out in your name without your approval. You see the list, the reason each business is on it and every message within 10 business days of signing the brief, then approve or reject each batch within 2 business days. Breaking that rule stops our billing.
How do you keep the emails out of spam?
We send through warmed domains, and every sending domain has to pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the three email authentication records, on a public lookup. We check them again every 30 days. A failing domain stops our billing until it is fixed, so the incentive is on our side to keep them clean.
What if a contact does not fit my brief?
Tell us within 5 business days of receiving it, with the reason, and we replace it within 10 business days. Every contact on the list comes with the reason it is there, which makes a poor fit easy to spot and to argue about before any message goes out.
Who is this service a bad fit for?
Businesses that sell to the public. Cold email to consumers is the wrong tool, and a bakery or a clinic will get more from search, social or a website assistant. Lead generation suits agencies, B2B software, consultants, brokers and suppliers whose buyers are other businesses they can name.
