What is a website build?
A website build is the design, writing structure, code and launch of a five-to-ten page site for your business, for a one-time $2,489. It goes live within 30 days of your content sign-off, every page scores 100 on our machine-readability check, and the domain is registered in your name.
Machine-readable means the page explains itself to software as well as to people: what you sell, where you are, when you are open and how to reach you, written into the page as structured data. Google uses that to list you. AI assistants use it to name you when someone asks for a business like yours.
We build each site for the job it has to do. A menu and a phone number for a bakery, a booking path for a clinic, a quote form for a contractor.
WHO IT IS FOR
Who is it for?
A business with no site yet, or one with a site that has to be replaced: it is slow, it breaks on a phone, nobody can edit it, or a former web person holds the domain.
Trades, home services, auto, cleaning, clinics, daycares, restaurants and bakeries are the usual fit. We work in French and in English.

What is not included?
So nothing surprises you later:
- Hosting. It is a separate $67 a month, covering hosting, the certificate, backups, updates and daily monitoring, and you can cancel any month.
- More than ten pages. A bigger site is a different job, and we quote it rather than squeeze it into this price.
- A rented template. You are not locked into a platform plan to keep your own site.
- Words and photos from nowhere. We ask you for them and shape them; you know your business better than we do.

Questions people ask before they start
How much does a website cost here?
A website build is $2,489 one-time for five to ten pages, with no setup fee. Hosting and upkeep is a separate $67 a month and you can cancel it any month. A local web builder quotes around $4,500 for comparable work. Bigger sites are quoted to the job.
How long does a website take to build?
Your homepage design comes within 10 business days of the intake call, and every page is live within 30 days of your content sign-off. The pace depends partly on you: we need your words and photos within 3 business days and each page signed off within 5.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain and every account are registered in your name, never ours. If you stop working with us, the site and the domain stay with you. That is written into the guarantee, because a former web person holding a domain is one of the most common reasons a business comes to us.
Do I have to host the site with you?
No. Hosting and upkeep is optional at $67 a month: hosting, the security certificate, backups, updates and daily monitoring. It is priced close to what it costs us, and you can cancel any month. If you prefer your own host, we hand the site over.
Can Google and AI assistants read the site?
Yes, and we check it. Every page carries structured data and has to score 100 on our machine-readability check before launch. We check again 30 days after launch. If a page is below 100, we keep working on it at no charge, and your first year of hosting is free.
What if I want to see work before paying?
You see your homepage fully designed, with your own words and photos, before you pay anything. You have 5 business days to decide. If you choose not to go ahead, you owe nothing. Three live sites we built are also linked on this page, so you can open them first.
