Social media management is the planning, writing, posting and replying on your business accounts. Ours is twelve posts a month across two to four platforms, written by a person in your voice, with comments and messages answered within one business day. It costs $1,444 a month.
It is our least discounted service on purpose. A person writes every word, so there is no automation saving to pass on, and we would rather price it honestly than cut corners on the writing.

Who is it for?
Anyone whose customers look them up before they call. A feed that goes quiet for three weeks tells people the business might be closed.
Owners who know what to say but never have the hour to say it, and who want a person, not a bot, answering their customers.

How much does social media management cost?
Social media management is $1,444 a month for twelve posts across two to four platforms, with comments and messages answered within one business day. There is no setup fee and no contract. Billing starts only when you approve your first 8 posts, written by a person in your voice.
Who writes the posts?
A person writes every word, in your voice, from a questionnaire you answer before the intake call. Each post also passes our check for AI-sounding text before it reaches you. That is why this service is discounted less than our others: the writing is labour, and there is no automation saving to pass on.
How many platforms do you cover?
Two to four, chosen with you based on where your customers actually look. A bakery and a plumbing contractor rarely need the same mix. We would rather post well on two platforms your customers use than thinly on four, and we will tell you which ones we would drop.
How fast do you answer comments and messages?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, in the same voice as your posts. If we miss that in any month, you stop paying for social until we are back on schedule, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time without notice.
What if I do not like the first posts?
Then you do not pay. Your first 8 posts arrive within 7 business days of the intake call, with one round of edits on the batch. If you decide not to go ahead after that, you owe nothing. Billing begins only on the day you approve.
