Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and, where you've engaged us, the services Marketingz provides. By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. For an actual client engagement, a written proposal, invoice, or agreement between you and Marketingz takes precedence over anything here if the two conflict.
Who we are
Marketingz, operated by Vilentz Rosanat, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Contact: marketingz@campaigncrush.org.
Services
Marketingz offers website builds, growth retainers (site + social + email), SEO, paid ads management, voice assistant setup, and custom projects, as described on this site or agreed directly with a client. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in the proposal, invoice, or agreement for that specific engagement, not on this page.
What we guarantee
Every service carries two guarantees. See it first. You see the first real piece of work before that service is billed. On the Baseline Month, if it was not worth it, you get the $290 CAD back. Your number, or you don't pay. Every service has one number and a date. Miss it and you stop paying for that service until we hit it, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
The wording below is the guarantee. Each one names what it needs from you.
SEO / AEO
You get your score out of 100, a ranked list of at least 10 fixes with what each one costs you, and the top 3 of them done within 30 days, or we refund the $290 CAD in full.
- You tell us within 14 days of delivery that it was not worth it.
- No reason required, and you keep the report either way.
Your machine-readability score rises by at least 25 points, or to 95, whichever comes first, within 60 days of the baseline we record on day one. If it does not, you stop paying for SEO / AEO until it does, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
- We can publish changes to the site, or you apply the ranked list we send within 14 days.
- The site stays online and reachable for the whole period.
- The baseline is the score we record on day one, in writing.
Already at 95 or more? At least 8 new answer pages published within 90 days of the content plan being signed off, each scoring 100 on the same machine-readability audit. If the eighth is not live and at 100 by day 90, you stop paying for SEO / AEO until it is, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
- You approve or reject each draft within 5 business days.
- We can publish to the site, or you publish what we send within 5 business days.
- The site stays online and reachable for the whole period.
Website Build
Your homepage, fully designed with your own words and photos, within 10 business days of the intake call. You pay nothing until you approve it, and if you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
- You send the words and photos we ask for within 3 business days of the intake call.
- You tell us within 5 business days of seeing the design whether you go ahead.
Every page we build is live within 30 days of your content sign-off and scores 100 on the machine-readability audit, with the domain and every account registered in your name. We check again 30 days after launch. If any page is late or below 100, we keep working at no charge until it is, and your first year of hosting is free.
- You sign off the content for each page within 5 business days of receiving it.
- We control the build and the launch.
- Pages you add or change after launch without us are not covered, and we report them to you separately.
Paid Advertising
Within 10 business days of receiving account access, you see every ad, the audiences, and a test conversion recorded by your own tracking. Our fee starts, and your spend starts, only when you approve them. If you do not, you owe nothing.
- Admin access to the ad accounts and to the site's tag manager or code.
- You approve or reject the ads within 3 business days of seeing them.
Not one dollar spent past the monthly cap you approve in writing, not one dollar spent without tracking tested, and a dated report of every change and every dollar every 7 days. If we break any of the three, any overspend is credited on our fee, and you stop paying our fee until it is fixed, for up to 3 months in all, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
- The cap is set on the platform itself before the first ad runs.
- Budgets are changed only by us, with your written approval.
- The budget you approve is available on the platform.
Social Media Management
Your first 8 posts, written in your voice by a person, within 7 business days of the intake call. Nothing is billed until you approve them, and if you do not, you owe nothing.
- You answer the voice questionnaire before the intake call.
- 1 round of edits on the batch before you decide.
12 posts a month on the dates in the calendar you approved, each written by a person and passing our AI-writing check, and every comment and message answered within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Any month we fall short, you stop paying for social until we are back on schedule, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
- You approve or reject drafts within 2 business days.
- We hold posting access on every platform in the plan.
- Posts you ask us to hold do not count against us.
Voice Assistant
Your assistant answering on your website from your own menu, hours and FAQ within 7 days of receiving them, after you have watched it answer 20 of your real questions. Billing starts the day you approve it, not before, and if you do not approve it, you owe nothing.
- You send the menu, hours and FAQ.
- We can add the assistant to your website, or you paste the one line we send.
It never gives a price, an allergen answer or an opening hour that is not in the facts you gave us, and every conversation is logged for you to read. We check the log within 5 business days of each month end. If it ever did, it is fixed within 1 business day, and you stop paying for it until it runs a clean month, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.
- You send us changes to prices, hours and the menu before they take effect.
- The conversation log stays on, so both of us can check it.
Lead generation
Within 10 business days of signing the brief, you see the list, the reason each business is on it, and every message. Billing starts at the first send you approve, and if you approve none, you owe nothing.
- The brief, the offer and who you want reached are agreed in writing.
- You approve or reject each batch within 2 business days.
Every contact fits the brief you signed, not one message goes out in your name without your approval, and every sending domain passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC on a public lookup, checked again every 30 days. A contact that does not fit is replaced within 10 business days. An unapproved message or a failing domain, and you stop paying until it is fixed, for up to 3 months, and you can leave at any point in that time with no notice.

- You approve or reject each batch within 2 business days.
Introductions
Within 10 business days of signing the brief, you see 3 anonymised profiles of businesses that fit it, before you pay. If none of the 3 fits, you owe nothing.
- You sign the brief and answer our questions about it within 5 business days.
- You tell us within 5 business days of seeing the profiles whether you go ahead.
Any introduction that clearly does not fit the agreed brief is replaced within ten business days at no cost, and your plan's clock pauses until the replacement arrives.

- You tell us within 5 business days of an introduction that it does not fit, and why.
Bundles
Your Baseline Month is included: within 30 days you get your score out of 100, a ranked list of at least 10 fixes with what each one costs you, and the top 3 done, before the monthly plan is billed. If you decide not to go on, you owe nothing.
- We can publish the first 3 fixes, or you apply them within 14 days.
- You tell us within 7 days of delivery whether you go on.
Every service in your plan has its own number and date. Miss one and you stop paying for that service until we hit it, for up to 3 months, and you can leave the whole plan at any point in that time with no notice.
Launch. Your first year of hosting is included.
Found and answered. Your Baseline Month is included.
Full engine. Your Baseline Month is included, and a Competitive Diagnostic every quarter.
How many we start each week
Because the first piece of work comes before any payment, we start a limited number each week: 2 builds, 2 ad accounts, 3 social clients, 3 assistants and 4 Baseline Months. When a week is full, you get the next opening and its date.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee a number of leads, a ranking, traffic, views, followers, meetings, sales or a revenue outcome. Those depend on things outside our control: your market, your prices, platform changes and your own follow-up. We report them when we measure them, and we never promise them unless that promise is written explicitly into your service agreement.
Payment
Payment terms (amount, schedule, upfront vs. recurring) are set out in your invoice or service agreement. Late or missing payment may result in paused work or suspended services.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a deliverable (e.g. a website build), ownership of that specific deliverable transfers to you, except for any third-party components, licensed assets, tools, or Marketingz's own pre-existing frameworks/templates, which remain licensed for your use but not owned by you. Until full payment is made, all work product remains the property of Marketingz.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing engagement (e.g. a monthly retainer) with written notice, under the terms set out in that engagement's agreement. Work already performed and costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. ad spend, third-party subscriptions bought for your account) are non-refundable. Where a guarantee above lets you leave with no notice, it overrides any notice period.
Use of this website
Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with the site's normal operation. Content on this site (copy, design, code) is Marketingz's property unless otherwise noted, and isn't licensed for you to copy or reuse.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marketingz isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, beyond the amount you've actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. For an active client engagement, we'll flag material changes directly rather than relying on you to check this page.
